If you realize you’ve made an error in your order details before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service center right away. We’ll be happy to cancel the order or update the shipping information for you.
Our shipping timelines are as follows:
- 1-2 day shipping for all orders in Ontario
- 2-4 day shipping: All other provinces
- We are currently not able to ship to Quebec
At this time we are not selling internationally.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
We provide detailed ingredient lists and nutritional information for all our products. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out via our contact us page.
If you find that your order contains incorrect items please contact our support team via our ‘Contact us’ page with all the details. Once we verify that a mistake was made, we can either refund you for the missing items or send you a replacement shipment if the products ordered are still in stock. If your order needs to be shipped back to us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you.
At this time, we don’t have the ability for customers to edit their orders once they’ve been submitted. Additionally, our staff cannot make changes to already placed orders.
If you wish to change the items in your order, please contact our customer care team via the ‘Contact us’ page as soon as possible. We can help you cancel your current order so you can place a new one with the desired products. Keep in mind that fulfillment times may vary, and this request can only be fulfilled if your order hasn’t already been processed. Once your order is in the fulfillment stage, we are unable to cancel it unfortunately.
